We are committed to helping medical teams deliver the best respiratory care ‑ to anyone, anywhere.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Hamilton Medical is looking for motivated individuals who have strong attention to detail and are looking for a company to grow with.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for pulling orders accurately, providing quality and timely work in a fast pace environment</li>\n <li>Prepare products for shipment, including proper packaging and documentation, labels and carrier selection to ensure timeliness, accuracy and product integrity</li>\n <li>Follow shipping and receiving procedures according to standards</li>\n <li>Continually suggest and implement ways to increase efficiency and quality of services</li>\n <li>Responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing shipping schedules for multiple site locations (domestic and international)</li>\n <li>Perform status updates throughout the shipping schedule to ensure timely delivery to international and domestic sites</li>\n <li>Coordinate material deliveries for shipping, production, weighing, sealing, and wrapping according to specifications</li>\n <li>Packaging instruments, assemblies into boxes</li>\n <li>Ensure the stock area is clean and orderly utilizing space efficiently</li>\n <li>Keep in compliance with the safety program</li>\n <li>Review daily reports to control correct part movements and maintain accurate shipping logs</li>\n <li>Assist the lead person in the investigation of inventory discrepancies and correct accordingly</li>\n <li>Provide excellent interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skill</li>\n <li>All other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience using UPS, FedEx and DHL shipping systems</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems.
