You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, write SQL queries, and integrate data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights across the organization. This role offers 50-70% focus on core BI development with opportunities to support IT tasks and contribute to automation and process improvement projects. Perfect for someone with 1-3 years&rsquo; experience ready to make an immediate impact. Onsite position eligible for 1 day/week remote work from home.</p><p><strong>Local applicants preferred as they must be able to work on-site in Seattle, WA. &nbsp;This role does not offer relocation assistance.</strong></p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong> (Includes but is not limited to)</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for multi-company operations&nbsp;</li><li>Write/optimize SQL queries (PL/SQL, T-SQL) for data extraction</li><li>Integrate data from multiple sources using SQL, Power Query, Fabric</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver BI reports, analysis, and actionable insights</li><li>Provide onsite IT tier-1 support under supervision of IT director</li><li>Contribute to business automation initiatives and process improvements</li><li>Support ERP system integrations and development (Quantum Control, AvSight/Salesforce)</li><li>Any other duties as assigned</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Required Education and Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree preferred, high school diploma/GED required</li><li>1-3 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI development</li><li>Solid SQL query writing and optimization skills (PL/SQL, T-SQL)</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to find creative solutions</li><li>US work authorization required</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience in distribution and/or manufacturing environments</li><li>Familiarity with aerospace industry practices</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (Quantum Control, AvSight, or similar)</li><li>Experience with the Salesforce platform</li><li>Understanding of UI/UX principles</li><li>Knowledge of PHP and website support</li><li>Understanding of API/MCP integrations</li><li>Interest in AI and machine learning applications in business</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to sit for extended periods</li><li>Good manual and finger dexterity for computer work</li><li>Visual acuity for detailed data analysis and extended periods of concentration</li></ul><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong><strong><br></strong></p><p>Salary position commensurate with experience. &nbsp;We offer flexible hours with great benefits like health, dental, and vision with paid vacation &amp; personal/sick leave. &nbsp;401k eligibility after 3 months with match.</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>About Us</strong></p><p>Jet Parts Engineering, Inc.
