Services may include family therapy, individual therapy, assessment, treatment planning, and Parent-Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT). Works collaboratively within the agency and with other mental health professionals, community partners, and local, state, and federal stakeholders.&nbsp;Utilizes Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) in delivery of client services. Options provides on the job training and supervision for FIT.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Provides screenings, assessments, and treatment planning, as well as individual and family therapy. Collaborates with Head Start in conducting clinical observations and providing guidance based on children&rsquo;s mental health needs. May provide clinical direction to Skills Trainers and Case Management staff. Utilizes appropriate evidence-based practices. Submits timely documentation of services provided using Electronic Health Records and collaborative documentation. Manages time and caseload effectively.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>This position requires a Master&#39;s degree in a behavioral science, and related experience.</p><p>Additional training, including Infant Toddler Mental Health Post-Graduate Certification or equivalent training a plus. Experience in the provision of therapeutic services to young children and their caregivers as well as PCIT a plus.</p><p>Must be a QMHP on the Mental Health &amp; Addictions Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) registry.</p><p>OR</p><p>Meet eligibility qualifications to register with MHACBO (please visit <strong>www.mhacbo.org</strong> for more information)</p><p>OR</p><p>Must be registered as a licensure intern with the State of Oregon or be licensed in Oregon as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC or clinical Psychologist.</p><p><br></p><p>In order to avoid potential conflict of interest, applicants for this position cannot have received services from Options for Southern Oregon within the last 12 months.</p><p>Candidates must be able to use e-mail, compose documents, save and locate documents electronically, and learn to use our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
