You’ll help develop and test solutions for machining problems related to safety, set ups, quality control, and run speeds. If you’re looking for a supportive team and opportunities to grow a career, we invite you to apply today. </p>\n<h2>Highlights of your role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate woodworking equipment to produce quality wood products </li>\n <li>Assist engineers and production leadership with creating, modifying, and testing to ensure machines run smoothly with capable processes </li>\n <li>Train and support operators on machine operation, preparation, setup, and basic maintenance </li>\n <li>Identify ways to improve set up times, reduce costs, improve processes, and grow profitability </li>\n <li>Promote a culture of safety by maintaining a clean and safe work environment, encouraging operators to do the same </li>\n <li>Develop and implement tooling configurations to improve manufacturing effectiveness  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li>\n <li>1-3 years of machine operation and mechanical experience in a manufacturing facility </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Also want to make sure you have</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to stand and/or walk for 10 hours per day </li>\n <li>Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions </li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. </li>\n <li>Mechanical training or certifications preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin</h2>\n<p>From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
