The Fleet Administrator supports the day-to-day operations for a fleet with thousands of units operating nationwide. This role is also responsible for the oversight of our driver and fuel management programs, setting up POV allowances for drivers, processing vendor invoices to accounts payables, managing and tracking leases, and assisting with internal audits. The Fleet Administrator is also responsible for ensuring our compliance with policies and keeping business units informed of notices and changes.
Responsibilities
Maintain regular oversight on approximately 4,000 fuel cards to ensure their issuance is within company policy
Set up POV allowances, Type 1&2 driver assignments, and Type 2 quarterly mileage reports
Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
Manage the setup, tracking, and payoffs of vehicle leases
Recording unit specific information in equipment files
Develop and Distribute Reports
Fleet Accounting and Accounts Payable
Vehicle Recordkeeping
Lease Tracking
Administer “Assignment and Use of Company Vehicles” policy
Monitor and Analyze Fleet Related Data
Qualifications
Good interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented
Well organized and detail oriented
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Business writing skills
3+ years database programing
Experience in JD Edwards ERP business application is a plus
MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, PowerBI
Business Systems and Databases
