The role focuses on </span><span>assisting</span><span> with inspections, maintenance, rehabilitation, and monitoring of pipeline </span><span>right of way</span><span> (ROW), station infrastructure, and civil installations to ensure safe and reliable operations.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></span></span><span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>OPERATIONS &amp; MAINTENANCE (OM)</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>Support the reliability and integrity of all civil and structural components across the pipeline network and gas stations:</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Pipeline Right of Way (ROW):</span></span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Assist with monitoring and </span><span>maintaining</span><span> ROW conditions to prevent erosion, encroachment, and environmental degradation.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Support rehabilitation activities along the pipeline ROW.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• </span><span>Assist</span><span> with </span><span>identifying</span><span> exposed pipelines due to erosion, washouts, or third-party activities.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Support implementation of erosion control and slope stabilization measures.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Drainage Systems:</span></span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Assist with </span><span>identifying</span><span> and resolving drainage issues along pipeline corridors and gas station facilities.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Support drainage improvement activities to prevent flooding and soil instability.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• </span><span>Assist</span><span> with maintenance of culverts, channels, and stormwater systems.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Civil &amp; Structural Infrastructure:</span></span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Support maintenance of concrete foundations, access roads, and equipment support structures.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• </span><span>Assist</span><span> with inspections of structural installations and civil facilities.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Report structural defects such as cracks, settlement, and subsidence for corrective action.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Geotechnical &amp; Environmental Stability:</span></span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Assist with monitoring soil conditions, subsidence, and ground movement along the pipeline.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Support mitigation activities for washouts, unstable terrain, and erosion-prone areas.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Support environmental protection initiatives related to civil works.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>Develop and support implementation of civil maintenance and inspection activities that include:</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Preventive and corrective maintenance activities.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Routine inspections and condition monitoring of civil assets.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Rehabilitation and maintenance activities for aging infrastructure.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>Support identification and management of civil-related risks that may affect pipeline operations:</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Erosion, washouts, and exposed pipelines.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Flooding and inadequate drainage systems.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Third-party encroachment on pipeline right of way.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Structural degradation of station facilities.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>Support reliability and integrity improvement initiatives by:</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Assisting with analysis of recurring civil-related issues and failures.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Supporting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• </span><span>Assisting</span><span> with recommendations for erosion control systems, drainage improvements, and soil stabilization measures.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Ensure safe access to pipeline and station facilities through proper civil maintenance support.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Ensure all civil works </span><span>comply with</span><span> safety standards and permit-to-work requirements.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• </span><span>Maintain</span><span> </span><span>accurate</span><span> inspection and maintenance records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Perform </span><span>additional</span><span> tasks assigned by the Civil Reliability Engineer or Reliability Superintendent.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>PROCUREMENT AND LOGISTICS</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to support the availability of materials and services for civil maintenance activities:</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Assist with identifying material requirements for civil maintenance and rehabilitation works.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Support preparation of purchase requisitions and procurement tracking.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• </span><span>Assist</span><span> with monitoring the availability of materials for planned and emergency civil works.</span></span><span> <br></span><span><span>• Support vendor and contractor coordination for civil maintenance activities.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>QUALIFICATIONS</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>BSc in Civil Engineering or related field.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>KNOWLEDGE &amp;
