Projects may include renovations, emergency repairs, paving, public works improvements, historical building relocation, facility upgrades, and other specialty construction projects.</p>\n<p>The Project Manager will focus on project execution — coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules and documentation, communicating with clients, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.</p>\n<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage multiple active projects simultaneously from kickoff through completion</li>\n <li>Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and field personnel</li>\n <li>Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and project timelines</li>\n <li>Review project documentation, contracts, budgets, change orders, and schedules</li>\n <li>Track project updates and maintain accurate records and reporting</li>\n <li>Prepare meeting notes, project status updates, and project files</li>\n <li>Assist with work orders, RFP coordination, and project administration</li>\n <li>Identify project issues proactively and help drive practical solutions</li>\n <li>Ensure projects are completed in a safe, organized, and professional manner</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Project Types</h3>\n<p>Projects vary in scope and complexity and may include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Interior renovations</li>\n <li>Municipal and public works projects</li>\n <li>Emergency repair work</li>\n <li>Facility upgrades and improvements</li>\n <li>Painting and paving projects</li>\n <li>Historical building relocation</li>\n <li>Site and infrastructure improvements</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Most projects range from several weeks to a few months in duration, with typical project values between $100K–$500K.</p>\n<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>4+ years of experience in construction project management, contracting, facilities projects, or related field</li>\n <li>Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors</li>\n <li>Positive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset</li>\n <li>General construction knowledge across trades including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and site work</li>\n <li>Understanding of municipal or public-sector projects is a strong plus</li>\n <li>OSHA 30 Certification</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Technical Skills</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint</li>\n <li>Adobe Acrobat/PDF tools</li>\n <li>Scheduling software such as MS Project</li>\n <li>CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Additional Information</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Primarily based out of the Southfield/Detroit headquarters office</li>\n <li>Occasional travel to project sites throughout Michigan</li>\n <li>Rare overnight travel</li>\n <li>Small, collaborative team environment with opportunity for long-term growth</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and willing to do what it takes to keep projects moving successfully from start to finish.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#IND</p>",
