This position is designed to help manage the increased teaching load of our staff as they teach six periods per day without a prep period, ensuring that students receive the best educational experience while providing the necessary support for teachers to maintain effective classroom environments.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist teachers with daily classroom activities, including helping with small group instruction, managing classroom materials, and providing individualized support for students as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work with students who need additional assistance in the different content area classes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Supervise students during independent work, ensuring they stay on task and receive help when needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
