Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Hayward also has facilities in Tennessee, Arizona, and Rhode Island as well as Canada, Spain, France, Australia, and China.  <strong>This position is based in Clemmons.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Hayward Industries is seeking a strategic and results-driven <strong>Senior Program Manager</strong> to lead transformative Operations & Supply Chain initiatives across our global footprint. This role will drive high-impact programs including new product launches, manufacturing footprint consolidation, ERP conversion, enterprise simplification, and inventory optimization. In addition to leading these initiatives, the incumbent will play a critical role in training and coaching the global operations team on project charter development, prioritization frameworks, and project management best practices.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Program Leadership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead cross-functional programs from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals</li>\n <li>Manage initiatives such as: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>New product introductions and operational readiness</li>\n  <li>Manufacturing site consolidation and optimization</li>\n  <li>ERP system conversion and integration</li>\n  <li>Enterprise simplification and process harmonization</li>\n  <li>Inventory reduction and working capital improvement</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain detailed program plans, budgets, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies</li>\n <li>Provide executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Team Enablement & Coaching</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Train and mentor global operations team members on: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Project charter creation and scope definition</li>\n  <li>Prioritization techniques and portfolio management</li>\n  <li>Project management methodologies and tools</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement</li>\n <li>Build internal capabilities to scale project execution across the enterprise</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education / Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Capabilities/Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years of experience in program management within manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments</li>\n <li>Proven track record of leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and digital operations tools</li>\n <li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills</li>\n <li>Experience in coaching and developing cross-functional teams</li>\n <li>PMP or equivalent certification preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-LS1</p>\n<p> </p>",
