At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Senior Project Manager, Project Delivery (SPM) will oversee all aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project, or a portion of a IS Delivery Project. They are responsible for managing the financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors, Client relationships and delivering a safe, quality outcome the meets or exceeds Company commitments.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning, Safety Plan review, JHA approvals, on-site tool box talks and conducting site walks with the Lead Construction Manager.</li>\n <li>Is the key resource for the Project Executive and Vice President for all project scope to ensure code and project requirements are met.</li>\n <li>Manages the Project Budget and understands and can execute the management of the Contract delivery type - Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Lump Sum, or Concession Agreement.</li>\n <li>Manages and understands the requirements of the Contract, including bonds, insurance, notifications, schedules, reporting, costs and energy savings requirements.</li>\n <li>Oversees the set-up of the Project Job Management System (Procore) for all Change Management and Document Control procedures following Company SOPs.</li>\n <li>Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts in a timely manner to support the project schedule milestones.</li>\n <li>Lead in the Hand-off meeting from Development that establishes project goals, parameters and client expectations.</li>\n <li>Oversee the Project Team in establishment of the site utilization plan with a focus on cleanliness, access control and overall safety of our employees, client personal and public. Understands the importance of this document as a Safety and Contract Document.</li>\n <li>Oversees the establishment of the Baseline Schedule for the project with a focus on all Energy Savings requirements and milestones. Understands the importance of this document as a Contract Document.</li>\n <li>Ensures accurate, timely and pertinent monthly project reports and cost reviews with project leadership utilizing current information from the Job Management and Accounting Platforms.</li>\n <li>Ensures the implementation of the Project Specific Quality Assurance Plan, including proper documentation to the client and all Subcontractors / Vendors.</li>\n <li>Ensures the Change Management process on the project from RFI Affect Letters, Drawing Revisions, and Client Directives from issuance to resolution is maintained and executed with accuracy and timeliness.</li>\n <li>Ensures Agendas and Meeting Minutes from all regular project meetings with the team, Vendors and Subcontractors, and Client are created and distributed.</li>\n <li>Communicates and manages mitigations plans for all Risk Log items with project leadership.</li>\n <li>Works seamlessly with the leadership of all divisions.</li>\n <li>Build and maintain strong customer relations with subcontractors, vendors and Client, ensuring a predictable outcome in alignment with the Client and the Companies energy goals.</li>\n <li>Participates in industry organizations and looks for opportunities to be involved with the community to promote the company and its goals.</li>\n <li>Manages and develops all Project Managers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience</li>\n <li>8+ years of experience.</li>\n <li>Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.</li>\n <li>Influences outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, financial performance and client expectations.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>40-60% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical Activities</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Environmental Conditions</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Quiet environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical Demands</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $116,860.00 - USD $156,050.00 /Yr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
