    "description": "<p>We are thrilled to announce a major contract win with Yorkshire Water, supporting them in proactively and reactively maintaining their Wastewater Network for the next five years and beyond!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are currently recruiting for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Frame &amp; Covers / Ironworks Operative</span> to join our team in Yorkshire, you will be working in a team of highly skilled Operatives to carry out Replacing manhole frames and covers efficiently throughout<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"> Malton Area</span>,<br>This is a fantastic opportunity to start a rewarding career with Lanes Group.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">About the role:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Malton, Yorkshire.</li>\n<li>Hours: 50 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm with a paid lunch). Overtime also available at time and a half.</li>\n<li>Salary: To be discussed</li>\n<li>Weekly pay</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Replace manhole frames and covers efficiently, Excavate by hand, Replace gullies with precision and care. As well as Complete all types of reinstatements (paving, tarmac, concrete, etc.)</li>\n<li>Carry out site specific risk assessments and discuss any changes or amendments with team member and site supervisor</li>\n<li>Ensuring on and off sites are live to avoid any penalties with highways permits</li>\n<li>Updating and completing site documentation using electronic tablet</li>\n<li>Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently to assist with various task.</li>\n<li>Recording photographic evidence of jobs performed and completed</li>\n<li>Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.</li>\n<li>Wearing and maintaining Personal Protective Equipment.</li>\n<li>Ensuring highway compliance with reinstatement to avoid defects</li>\n<li>Be able to read and understand Drainage plans.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">What we are looking for:</span></p>\n<p>Whilst we are looking for the skills and knowledge to be able to carry out the responsibilities of the role it’s just as important to have employees with a positive and caring attitude or those who are looking for develop further and grow with the group.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Experience and Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full UK driving license (Required)</li>\n<li>Training will be NPORS, Banksman, Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, NRSWA, EUSR National Water Hygiene, Asbestos Awareness, Slinger and Signaller, Abrasive Wheels, Calm Water, EUSR Safe Dig – Cat &amp; Genny, EUSR Water, Face Fit Tested – FFP3</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">What you will get in return:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In joining Sapphire Utility Solutions as part of the Lanes Group - the UK’s largest independent provider, we are committed to fostering a workplace culture that prioritises the well-being, growth, and safety of our employees.
