    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\" style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>The Laboratory Technician I is responsible for testing all aspects of physical testing and durability testing for supplementary cementitious materials. &nbsp;All tests will be performed following ASTM and MTRF Standard Operating Procedures. &nbsp;This position is expected to handle job assignments as determined by the management of the MTRF.</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:-0.25in;\"><li>Comply with Eco Material Technologies Safety Policies and Procedures</li><li>Perform physical and durability testing on supplementary cementitious materials</li><li>Assist with concrete testing and other projects</li><li>Responsible for laboratory housekeeping</li><li>Regular attendance and timeliness</li><li>Forklift training and operation</li></ul><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>&nbsp;</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:-0.25in;\"><li>Strong math skills</li><li>Good organization and problem-solving skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Ability to multitask</li><li>Ability to interpret and follow detailed instructions such as ASTM Standards and Eco Material Technologies Standard Operating Procedures</li></ul><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>&nbsp;</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>The employee should have the following:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:-0.25in;\"><li>High School Diploma or equivalent and training or certification in relevant skill or trade</li><li>ACI Certification<ol style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I (Certification must be achieved within18 months of initial employment)</li></ol></li></ul><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>&nbsp;</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>The employee should possess the ability to:</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:-0.25in;\"><li>Be exposed to sounds or noise levels that maybe uncomfortable</li><li>Prolong standing on concrete or in stationary position for up to eight hours per workday</li><li>Complete repetitive movements</li><li>Moderate physical effort required</li><li>Wear all required personal protective equipment (Hearing, vision, and hardhat protection)</li><li>Lift/move/transport items up to 50 pounds</li><li>Ability to move or traverse about the facility</li><li>Must be able to ascend/descend stairs or ladders</li><li>Ability to work around dust, chemicals, and other substances, and in various environmental conditions</li></ul><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style=\"font-size:11px;\">This is not necessarily an all-inclusive list of job-related responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements or working conditions.
