At year-end 2025, the MBU recorded over $1B in gross premium written.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Information about the Role, Line of Business and Team: </strong></p>\n<p>The Premium Operations Associate is responsible for managing outgoing premium activities including refunds, commissions, and claims payments. This role maintains essential registers, supports onboarding of producers and brokers, performs compliance tasks such as OFAC checks, and responds to internal and external inquiries regarding outgoing premium activity. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $38,300.00 to a maximum of $56,200.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range.
