    "description": "<p><span>Work4u International is seeking for a </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Development Engineer</span><span>, on behalf of its client, a dynamic technical company active in a wide range of engineering projects.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>The candidate will lead <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">site selection </span>and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">technical due diligence</span>, conduct <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">spatial assessments</span>, and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">manage end-to-end</span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">permitting processes for RES</span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">and</span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">infrastructure projects</span>, ensuring full regulatory compliance and timely approvals.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identification and evaluation of suitable land plots for project development</li>\n<li>Review of spatial planning (zoning) constraints</li>\n<li>Understanding of building regulations and permitting restrictions per area</li>\n<li>Spatial analysis using GIS tools</li>\n<li>Preparation of technical drawings (layouts, floor plans, single-line diagrams)</li>\n<li>Preparation of topographical drawings</li>\n<li>Management of the permitting process – communication with public authorities and regulatory bodies</li>\n<li>Preparation and submission of permitting documentation related to the construction of RES (Renewable Energy Sources) projects and, ideally, building projects / Data Centers</li>\n<li>Timeline management to ensure timely completion of permitting procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (University / Technological Institute)</li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in permitting process management within a technical/engineering company</li>\n<li>Proficiency in GIS software and AutoCAD</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What our client offers:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive remuneration package, aligned with experience and qualifications</li>\n<li><span>Opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic, continuously evolving work environment</span></li>\n<li><span>Company car and fuel allowance for site visits </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
