    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p>Sentinel is seeking a <strong>Quote Management Specialist</strong> to support the creation, formatting, and administration of customer-facing quotes and proposals in ConnectWise CPQ. This role will work closely with Account Managers, Solution Architects, and sales support teams to convert sales direction, bills of materials, manufacturer/distributor quotes, and scope documents into accurate customer-ready proposals.</p>\n<p>This is an administrative quote development role, not a technical presales role. The ideal candidate has direct experience using ConnectWise CPQ, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with technology reseller, manufacturer, or distributor quote processes.</p>\n<p>Sentinel provides customers with a broad IT solutions portfolio across cloud, security, managed services, communications, applications, lifecycle services, consulting, support, and related technology offerings. Sentinel commonly works with manufacturers and platforms such as Cisco, Dell, Microsoft, NetApp, VMware, Splunk, Meraki, Pure Storage, and related partner ecosystems.</p>\n<p><strong>This is a full-time opportunity reporting to our Grand Rapids, Michigan office.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Ready to bring your energy and ambition to Sentinel?
