font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, maintenance manuals, blueprints, electrical schematics, company policy and procedures and Federal Aviation Regulations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to communicate effectively with verbal and written skills, including the ability to interpret documents such as safety guidelines and operating manuals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to complete basic math tasks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Professional appearance in compliance with the Employee Handbook</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to tow aircraft</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to maintain a clean work area</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to perform other duties as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">FAA mechanic’s certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Passport and/or ability to obtain passport within 60 days of hire</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be at least 18 years of age</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Eligibility to work in the United States</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Valid driver's license</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and maneuver around aircraft</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Successful completion of pre-employment DOT drug screening and other required background checks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to obtain an airport SIDA badge</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Willingness and ability to travel to recover aircraft, work with other bases, and/or meet the training needs of the company</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work overtime, and/or after-hour call outs will be occasionally required</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with Learjet airframes and systems (e.g., Lear 35/60) a plus</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
