This adjunct position teaches the ServSafe certification courses for food handler and manager certification courses. Both courses will emphasize fundamental kitchen and dining room safety, sanitation maintenance, and operation procedures. Demonstrates the effective use of oral and written communications skills. Maintains qualifications for employment as described by the Technical College System of Georgia for employment as described by the Technical College System of Georgia Policy Manual and accreditation standards. Follows rules and regulations as described by the Technical College System of Georgia Policy Manual and other policies and procedures established by the institution. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree, ServSafe certified instructor, classroom teaching/training experience.
