          "text": "<p><strong>Role: Automation/Electrical &amp; Instrumentation/ E&amp;I Engineer</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Hugoton, KS, 67951 - Onsite(Relocation and joining bonus will be provided)</strong></p><p><strong>Type: Fulltime</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>We are seeking a skilled and proactive Automation / E&amp;I Engineer to design, implement, and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems, as well as automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial instrumentation in a fast-paced production environment.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, install, and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems for industrial equipment and processes.</li><li>Develop and troubleshoot automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA platforms.</li><li>Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.</li><li>Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for electrical and control system failures.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize process control and automation strategies.</li><li>Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for E&amp;I assets.</li><li>Support commissioning and startup of new equipment and automation projects.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation including wiring diagrams, loop sheets, and control logic.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field preferred.</li><li>3+ years of experience in industrial E&amp;I and automation engineering.</li><li>Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), HMI development, and SCADA systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of industrial sensors, actuators, VFDs, and control loops.</li><li>Familiarity with NEC, ISA, and other relevant standards.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p><p>•&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0; Experience in hazardous area classification and intrinsic safety.</p><p>•&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0; Project management and budgeting experience.</p><p>•&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0; Ability to train and mentor technicians and junior engineers.</p>",
