Our team has completed projects all across Texas, including Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and more.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Service HVAC Technician</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary: </strong></p>\n<p>The HVAC Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.  Demonstrates advanced technical expertise across mechanical, electrical, and controls components to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient system operation. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Diagnose, service, and maintain HVAC equipment including small and large split systems, small and large packaged units, large air handling units, mini-split systems, Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems and fan-powered boxes, Exhaust fans and ventilation systems, Self-Contained units and CRAC units, Water-source heat pumps, VRF/VRV systems, Boilers, cooling towers, and pumps. </li>\n <li>Perform major mechanical repairs including replacement of large motors and compressors, bearing replacement in motors, air handlers, and cooling towers, laser alignment of pumps and rotating equipment.</li>\n <li>Conduct preventative maintenance to extend equipment life and improve system efficiency</li>\n <li>Analyze system performance and recommend corrective actions or upgrades</li>\n <li>Ensure all work complies with safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes</li>\n <li>Document service activities, repairs, and maintenance actions accurately</li>\n <li>Participate in department meetings as requested</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent is required.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems</li>\n <li>Proficiency with rotating equipment and alignment techniques</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and handle complex systems</li>\n <li>Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities.</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills and abilities.</li>\n <li>Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We offer our employees a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package and are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
