System Management: Maintain accurate, up to date records in Buildium, ensuring all tenant, applicant, and leasing activity is properly documented. Scheduling Flexibility: Support evening showings and occasional urgent tenant needs outside standard business hours. Limited Maintenance Support: Assist with basic maintenance communication and coordination when needed, with the Maintenance Director handling the majority of requests. Process Adherence: Follow established workflows, response standards, and documentation requirements consistently. 🎯 Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum two years of hands-on property management experience with direct exposure to leasing coordination and tenant management.
