font-size: 14px;\"><strong data-start=\"373\" data-end=\"401\">Soil &amp; Field Management:</strong> Oversee soil health programs including cover crops, amendments, fumigation planning, and long-term field productivity.</li><li data-section-id=\"1bxlnfi\" data-start=\"523\" data-end=\"691\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"562\">Planting Preparation &amp; Execution:</strong> Ensure field readiness, seed quality, and accurate planting; monitor operations to drive uniform emergence and address issues.</li><li data-section-id=\"1qkn6cf\" data-start=\"692\" data-end=\"851\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong data-start=\"694\" data-end=\"726\">Scouting &amp; Field Monitoring:</strong> Lead regional scouting programs, establish standards, train teams, and ensure consistent, high-quality field observations.</li><li data-section-id=\"1dtdcyt\" data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"1024\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
