    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>YOUR ROLE:</strong><br>\n As a Forklift Operator, you're a key player in distribution center operations! &nbsp;Your role includes safely unloading, loading, warehousing, and staging merchandise throughout the distribution center using a mechanical forklift or manual means as needed.</p>\n<p><strong>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure a safe work environment by efficiently operating mechanical equipment</li>\n <li>Operate a stand-up forklift to replenish, load/unload trailers, and move product to various locations</li>\n <li>Maintain proper certifications to operate required powered industrial trucks</li>\n <li>Accurately sort, stage, load and unload inbound and outbound freight</li>\n <li>Receive and warehouse incoming merchandise into module racks and floor locations</li>\n <li>Ensure monthly production and quality standards are met</li>\n <li>Be open to performing other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Ability to operate forklifts</li>\n <li>Previous experience in a distribution center</li>\n <li>Excellent counting skills and attention to detail</li>\n <li>Manual dexterity required</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain an excellent attendance and work record</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend and stack cartons for up to 12 hours at a time</li>\n <li>Stand for long periods of time and walk continuously&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Pull merchandise from multiple levels of shelving or move merchandise as needed</li>\n <li>Bilateral hand coordination, foot coordination and trunk rotation</li>\n <li>Climb stairs and perform work at platform heights up to 60 feet</li>\n <li>Lift up to 50lbs. Specific weight requirements may vary within each department</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>WE OFFER SEVERAL SHIFT OPTIONS INCLUDING:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Weekday Daylight 5:30 am - 3:30 pm (Monday - Thursday)</li>\n <li>Weekday Evening 4:30 pm - 2:30 am (Monday - Thursday)</li>\n <li>Weekend Day 5:00 am - 5:00 pm (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)</li>\n <li>Weekend Evening 5:00 pm - 5:00 am (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)</li>\n</ul>",
