    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Cottage Medical Group seeks a <strong>Director, CMG Operations</strong>&nbsp;for their Cardiovascular Services Program responsible for the oversight and management of the daily operations for multiple affiliated health care physician practices/ancillary services that are geographically dispersed, but proximate to the health systems service area. The Director will partner with Cottage Medical Group (CMG) Medical Directors to set up and/or optimize operational systems, design workflows, identify tools and technologies and support the development and growth of service lines. Responsibilities include:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>The Director reports to the VP of Ambulatory Services &amp; Network Development or to an Administrative Director, depending on the service line and scope of services under their responsibility.&nbsp;</li><li>The Director is responsible for the overall performance of assigned service line(s) and/or clinic(s) and assures that the patient’s experience, quality of care and access meet the highest industry standards.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p><p>All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.</p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 52px;\"><li>Minimum:&nbsp;Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or healthcare administration or 10+ years of similar work experience.</li><li>Preferred: Master's degree.</li></ul><p><strong>Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li>Preferred: Lean Six Sigma.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Requirements:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li>Minimum: Knowledge of and skill in the use of personal computers and related systems and software. Skill in medical terminology. Skill in time management and project management. Knowledge and understanding of financial management concepts with a general understanding of automated billing regulations and medical records systems and their applications within medical practices. Requires budgetary oversight of $5M in operating revenue. Intermediate level Microsoft Office proficiency and Medical Terminology.</li><li>Preferred: Experience in an organization using an Epic EMR.</li></ul><p><strong>Years of Related Work Experience:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li>Minimum: Four (4) yrs of experience working in a healthcare or clinic setting or related service. OR Two (2) yrs of experience working in a healthcare or clinic setting or related service with a Master's degree.</li><li>Preferred: Experience in assigned service line operations within a large, integrated health system; experience with time and project management, financial management concepts, healthcare regulatory and billing processes.</li></ul>",
