Lifeguards must demonstrate strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic and outgoing personality. Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the health and safety of patrons by guarding their area of responsibility. As a lifeguard you are responsible for responding to any level of emergency around the pool area and facility within your training ability.
