font-size: 12px;\">What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing</span></h2><p data-start=\"3217\" data-end=\"3271\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">As a Saw Operator, your responsibilities will include:</span></p><ul><li>Operating specific or multiple types of saws to cut or trim wood to exact measurements</li><li>Performing precise cuts by adjusting blades, speeds, and cutting techniques</li><li>Inspecting and measuring pallet components to ensure accurate and high-quality cuts</li><li>Sorting, stacking, and staging cut materials in designated areas</li><li>Meeting or exceeding daily production goals</li><li>Conducting daily inspections and general upkeep of saws and related equipment</li><li>Identifying wood types and grades to ensure correct material use</li><li>Safely operating a variety of hand tools, power tools, saws, and equipment</li><li>Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to reduce accidents and ensure compliance</li><li>Escalating equipment malfunctions or process issues to leadership promptly</li><li>Building effective working relationships with facility staff</li><li>Performing other duties as assigned</li></ul><h2 data-start=\"4161\" data-end=\"4190\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;
