font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">What you will be responsible for:</span></span></span></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Diagnostics &amp; Troubleshooting </span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Use computerized diagnostic equipment and software to identify mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel engine-related issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Interpret fault codes, engine performance data, and emissions reports to determine appropriate repairs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct inspections and identify the root causes of equipment and vehicle malfunctions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform preventative maintenance inspections on diesel-powered vehicles and equipment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Repair &amp; Maintenance </span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Diagnose, repair, overhaul, and replace diesel engines, transmissions, fuel systems, steering components, suspension systems, and braking systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform routine maintenance services including oil and filter changes, lubrication, tune-ups, fluid checks, tire rotations, and brake servicing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems commonly found on heavy-duty vehicles and equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure all repairs are completed according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Electrical Systems </span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems, including wiring harnesses, batteries, alternators, starters, sensors, and electronic control modules (ECMs).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Troubleshoot diesel engine control systems and electronic diagnostic systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Test and calibrate components using specialized diagnostic tools and equipment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Compliance &amp; Safety :</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Inspect and maintain engine and exhaust systems to ensure compliance with emissions and environmental regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform emissions testing and make necessary adjustments to meet regulatory requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout protocols, and workplace safety standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Documentation &amp; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\">What we need from you:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">High school diploma or equivalent.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Completion of a recognized Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Duty Equipment Technician, or Automotive Service Technician program is preferred. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Journeyperson Diesel Mechanic or Heavy Duty Mechanic certification is considered an asset.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum of 2–5 years of experience repairing and maintaining diesel engines and heavy-duty vehicles or equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in using computerized diagnostic software and repair equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of diesel engines, fuel injection systems, hydraulic systems, air brakes, and electrical systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Valid driver's license required;
