You Will The Cultural Assets’ Manager, Projects & Operations oversees scheduling, communications, and project management for the Cultural Assets and the Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace Museum team while providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Director. This role ensures the efficient coordination of projects, stakeholder communication, and day-to-day departmental functions to advance team priorities.​ Essential Responsibilities ​​Provides comprehensive support to the Executive Director and Associate Director, proactively resolving issues and managing administrative details to ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities include calendar and travel coordination, drafting correspondence, expense management, contract submissions, preparation of reports and presentations, and follow-up on action items. Maintains Circle of Friends’ (COF) records and communication lists and supports Executive Director in tracking donor gifts and communication. Oversees the COF newsletter, including contributing content, coordinating submissions, and distributing. ​Manages projects within the department and is responsible for communication and coordination of targets and deadlines. In collaboration with internal stakeholders, develops project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Adjusts schedules, staffing, and project steps as required. Tracks tasks requiring action and follows up as needed to keep the Executive Director appraised of project and work status within the department. ​Maintains an organized and efficient office environment, including file management, supply inventory, and general administrative systems. ​Prepares, formats, and edits professional reports, memos, and presentations. Strong written communication skills are essential. SALARY RANGE: $45,000 - $60,000 This represents the present low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
