In this role, you&rsquo;ll provide expert solutions and options for residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you take pride in your work, communicate well with customers, and want to grow with a company that values performance and rewards results, we&rsquo;d love to talk with you.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform all service, maintenances, and warranty calls as directed by dispatcher and/or HVAC Service Manager.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Inform Customers of company&rsquo;s products and services.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Correctly and completely fill out all service invoices and summary of findings using the perfect paperwork model.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilize the vehicle inventory restocking procedures to ensure accurate truck inventory at all times.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Present membership program on all non-membership calls.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide necessary tools as required to perform professional HVAC service.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Attend all weekly training meetings.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop personal and technical skills.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Any and all other work-related tasks/duties as directed by Supervisor.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Compensation</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Commission based on sold repairs and products.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Spiff for sold technician generated leads.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Hourly pay for training and PTO.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Medical, dental, and vision Insurance&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">401(k) with Company Match</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">PTO and Holiday pay</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\"><em>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other reason prohibited by applicable law.</em></p>\n",
