Other duties may be assigned.</p><p>· Title One Coordinator</p><p>· Standardized Testing Coordinator</p><p>· Coordinate tutor volunteers</p><p>· Coordinate public school consulting, service plan meetings and speech and language services</p><p>· Consult with classroom teachers regarding strategies for special needs and gifted students</p><p>· Interview, test and screen prospective students</p><p>· Identify and monitor the progress of students who have been identified as having special needs</p><p>· Develop programs, individual schedules, and strategies for special needs students</p><p>· Parallel teach as needed</p><p>· Push-in-support for students in the class-volunteers/private vendors</p><p>· Coordinate classroom aide schedules for students on modified curriculum</p><p>· Pull out-small group instruction, or individualized curriculum</p><p>· Monitor curriculum, progress, grades, and behavior plans for students with shadow assistants</p><p>· Make referrals to school counselor, assist in scheduling and implementing recommendations</p><p>· Provide staff development and teacher resources for teachers</p><p>· Provide parent resources</p><p>· Coordinate, Supervise, and/or Implement Enrichment programs for the Intermediate/Middle School Enrichment 4-8 and Elementary Enrichment program (1-3)</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ACADEMIC/SUPERVISORY DUTIES</strong><br>Teachers are academically qualified and prepared for each day’s lessons.
