Experience teaching at the university graduate level is preferred. Candidates should be able to work with the Program Director and current faculty to plan, teach, assess, and update course content to remain relevant in their field. Faculty candidates must be able to teach courses in multiple modalities: in-person, hybrid, and online (both synchronous and asynchronous) in the late afternoon/evenings and on weekends.&nbsp;</span></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>PT Faculty for MA Education Programs-</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><p>MA in Education or related field required; Doctoral degree in education or related field preferred.&nbsp;</p></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><p>Successful higher education teaching experience preferred. &nbsp;</p></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><p>Significant successful instructional experience in teaching subject area content,  research skills, and research writing (APA) required; experience serving as an advisor for MA thesis preferred,&nbsp;</p></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><p>Familiarity with CTC standards/credential requirements and state and federal laws and legislation in special and/or general TK-12 education.&nbsp;</p></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><p>Ability to work collaboratively with diverse colleagues, students, and faculty.&nbsp;</p></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><p>Compatibility with the mission and vision of the University and School of Education philosophy.&nbsp;</p></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><p>Engage in comprehensive faculty duties, meeting all obligations, and deliver instruction to diverse learners, both in-person and remote, through our expanding online platforms.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Application Procedures: &nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">NDNU is committed to providing an educational environment that supports a diverse student population.
