    "description": "<p>This position, based at the Global Headquarters, is responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing the company’s system-based operational processes. The role ensures that all processes are standardized, consistent, efficient, and compliant, while maintaining continuous monitoring and improvement after implementation to enhance operational effectiveness. It also includes the development of customized workflows to meet specific business needs.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirement Gathering and Analysis</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect and analyze business and system requirements to identify process needs and improvement opportunities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Process Design and Planning</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design standardized workflows and developed implementation schedules to ensure process alignment and timely delivery.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Process Testing and Pilot Implementation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct process validation, perform pilot testing, and evaluate results to ensure effectiveness before full rollout.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Implementation and Execution</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful deployment and adoption of new processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Monitoring and Continuous Improvement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee process performance, identify improvement areas, and implement optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education/Technical Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree or above (all majors are welcome).</li>\n<li>CargoWise One</li>\n<li>Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)</li>\n<li>Flowchart tools</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge/Work Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in process design, management, or improvement within the air, ocean freight, or logistics industry.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with air, ocean, logistics freight is a plus.</li>\n<li>Experience in using or providing training for CargoWise One.</li>\n<li>Experience working in cross-country teams or managing international projects.</li>\n<li>Develop and update process training materials and operational manuals.</li>\n<li>Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with effective communication skills for collaboration across Asia-Pacific, Americas, and Europe offices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Behavioral Competencies</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented and precise, with a strong mindset for process design and improvement.</li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.</li>\n<li>A strong team player with effective cross-functional collaboration skills, while also capable of working independently.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
