This role is essential to delivering a seamless, polished guest experience by ensuring the bar is fully stocked, spotless, and operating at peak efficiency during all service periods.</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar areas, including counters, floors, shelving, and storage areas</p></li>\n <li><p>Stock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, glassware, ice, and garnishes as needed throughout service</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist bartenders by replenishing supplies to ensure uninterrupted guest service</p></li>\n <li><p>Collect, wash, and properly store glassware and bar tools</p></li>\n <li><p>Remove trash, recyclables, and empty bottles in accordance with safety and sanitation standards</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure back-of-house areas are clean, safe, and compliant with health regulations</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to bartenders or leadership</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with opening and closing duties, including breakdown and reset</p></li>\n <li><p>Communicate supply needs and shortages to Food & Beverage supervisory staff in a timely manner</p></li>\n <li><p>Pick up and deliver supplies from the Food & Beverage storeroom and receiving dock</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary in accordance with responsible service practices</p></li>\n <li><p>Operate the POS system accurately to process and reconcile sales</p></li>\n <li><p>Attend departmental and company meetings as required</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 21 years of age.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li>\n <li>Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English</li>\n <li>Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, including calculating discounts, interest, and commissions and apply to practical situations</li>\n <li>Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time</li>\n <li>Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 30 lbs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
