          "text": "<p>The Barista position is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer.&#xa0; The posttion is also responsible for accomplishing duties required of a Concession Worker/Barista to ensure efficient operation of the Nosh concession area.</p><p>The Barista:&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.</li><li>Assists customers in the selection and purchase of specialty coffee, beverages, pastries, whole bean sales, and merchandise.</li><li>Prepares a variety of customer beverage orders, such as espresso drinks and Coffee of the Day.</li><li>Follows policies and procedures for operational flow at each station.</li><li>Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing all products; follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines according to Siren’s Eye.</li><li>Follows cash-handling and register policies.</li><li>Inspects all areas of responsibility for safety and maintenance needs and takes action as needed; maintains cleaning supplies.</li><li>Opens and closes outlets in accordance with established procedure to ensure sanitation and to protect company assets.</li><li>Communicates closely with Lead Barista on all operating issues.</li></ul>",
