You will help build the structures, processes and standards needed to accelerate product launches, improve packaging quality and drive innovative packaging solutions across the business.<br>In this role, you will develop packaging strategies, optimize processes and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure packaging solutions are delivered efficiently, sustainably and in line with industry standards. <br>Your responsibilities will include:<br><br><strong>Packaging Strategy & Process Development</strong></div><ul><li>Develop and implement packaging strategies that support KoRo’s growth ambitions and product roadmap</li><li>Set up scalable processes, structures and KPIs to continously improve packaging development efficiency</li></ul><div><strong>Sustainable & Innovative Packaging Solutions</strong></div><ul><li>Drive the development and implementation of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions across the product portfolio</li><li>Continuously review and optimize packaging solutions to ensure alignment with quality, sustainability and cost targets</li><li>Research market trends and identify packaging innovations that strengthen KoRo’s market positioning</li></ul><div><strong>Supplier & Stakeholder Management</strong></div><ul><li>Collaborate closely with suppliers to improve packaging quality, material efficiency and cost structures</li><li>Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and cross-functional collaboration</li></ul><div><strong>Packaging Data, Compliance & Reporting</strong></div><ul><li>Support the management and quality control of packaging-related master data</li><li>Contribute to packaging reporting, audits and compliance processes in line with industry standards and legal requirements, particularly PPWR and SUP regulations</li></ul>"
