If you want your work to matter beyond a paper or a demo, this is the place.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for a Content Strategy Intern to help us tell the Menlo story. You will be hands-on from day one -- shooting and editing video, managing content across our social channels, and helping shape how the world sees one of the most exciting deep tech labs in Southeast Asia. This is a part-time role based at our Singapore HQ, and it is a real internship: your work will be seen, shipped, and matter.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shoot and edit short-form video content for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other channels</li>\n<li>Manage day-to-day content posting and scheduling across Menlo's social platforms</li>\n<li>Help develop and maintain a content calendar that keeps Menlo's channels active and consistent</li>\n<li>Repurpose long-form content -- talks, demos, technical updates -- into digestible short-form posts</li>\n<li>Support the production of podcasts, event recordings, and behind-the-scenes content</li>\n<li>Track content performance and flag what is working and what is not</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comfortable behind and in front of a camera -- you can shoot, direct, and edit without hand-holding</li>\n<li>Familiar with short-form video editing tools: CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar</li>\n<li>A good eye for what makes content stop the scroll -- you think about framing, pacing, and hooks</li>\n<li>Organised enough to manage a content calendar and hit posting schedules consistently</li>\n<li>Genuinely curious about AI, robotics, or deep tech -- you do not need to be an engineer, but you need to care about what we build</li>\n<li>Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in communications, media, design, marketing, or a related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience running social channels for a brand, student organisation, or personal following</li>\n<li>Motion graphics or graphic design skills</li>\n<li>Familiarity with community platforms like Discord or Reddit</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Menlo?</span></p>\n<p>Most internships have you making decks no one reads.
