    "requirements_html": "<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Determine customer concerns with their current HVAC/R systems</li><li>Inspect current HVAC/R systems for effectiveness and safety</li><li>Perform necessary repairs and routine maintenance</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC/R resources</li><li>Discuss various options with clients when it comes to heating and cooling systems</li><li>Troubleshoot issues with a current system as they are identified</li><li>Conduct performance tests with specialized tools and adjusts system settings&nbsp;</li><li>Travel to different homes and businesses throughout the day and determine equipment and service problems</li><li>Categorize and organize inventory to limit unnecessary losses to the company</li><li>Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC/R systems and performing warranty services</li><li>Troubleshooting defective HVAC/R systems and equipment to make diagnoses</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance by cleaning reheat coils and air handling units and monitoring and calibrating air handling units.</li><li>Create and fully execute quotes for clients</li><li>Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.</li><li>Keep daily logs and records of maintenance functions within BuildOps and proper IVR usage</li><li>Maintain proper stock and equipment for calls and ensure proper vehicle maintenance is followed</li><li>Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Health and Safety Act</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Completion of an HVAC training program at a vocational school or apprenticeship or equivalent work experience</li><li>Certification through the Environmental Protection Agency to handle refrigerants&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient with manual and power tools</li><li>Valid driver’s license</li><li>Must be able to be insurable by our commercial insurance company</li><li>Reliable and self-motivated</li><li>Proven work experience as an HVAC/R Technician or similar role</li><li>Current driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle</li><li>Required state licensing for HVAC/R technicians where applicable</li><li>Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice</li><li>Ability to lift and transfer 50-75 lbs safely&nbsp;</li><li>Physically agile, dexterous, and able to work in confined spaces</li><li>Ability to manage calls independently in an on-call situation&nbsp;</li><li>Current NH Gas License a plus but not required</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>",
