  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block--><br>Manage, mentor, and grow a team of software and platform engineers working on data infrastructure and security systems.<br>· Oversee the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable data ingestion, processing, and governance systems.<br>· Lead the implementation of cybersecurity platforms including threat detection, data encryption, identity and access management, and audit logging systems.<br>· Collaborate cross-functionally with product, security, compliance, and analytics teams to align platform capabilities with business goals.<br>· Ensure adherence to security and privacy standards<br>· Drive roadmap planning, sprint execution, and performance evaluations for your team.<br>· Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource planning for the engineering group.<br>· Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and regulatory requirements in data and security domains.<br><br></div><div><!--block--><br>· All other duties and projects as assigned.<br><br></div>",

  "skills_knowledge_expertise": "<div><!--block-->· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred but not required, or relevant experience.<br>· 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role.<br>· Demonstrated experience managing or building data platforms (ETL, data lakes, streaming, warehousing).<br>· Proven expertise in building or integrating cybersecurity systems.<br>· Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure.
