    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">POSITION SUMMARY: &nbsp;The Clinical Program Director at Chester Community Coalition works in the development of the clinical operations, shares therapeutic expertise to provide best practices in intervention, participates in grant writing, and offers support and guidance to the program staff. &nbsp;The Clinical Program Director oversees the coordination and administration of trauma-informed behavioral programs including planning, organizing, supervising, leading program activities, and assessing program outcomes. &nbsp;The Clinical Director will lead and support a work culture that is respectful, responsive, and effective with a foundation of cultural humility and compassion.</p><p><strong>EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Licensed LCSW, LMFT, or LPC or psychologist with a minimum of a master&rsquo;s level education in social work, psychology, therapy, counseling, or related field.&nbsp;</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are welcome to apply.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge, skills, and abilities</strong><em>&nbsp;</em></p><ul><li>Knowledge of program management</li><li>Knowledge of client groups and/or issues related to the program area</li><li>&nbsp;Experience with clinical supervision</li><li>Experience conducting assessments and providing support services for children and their families&nbsp;</li><li>Effective communication and public speaking skills&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with diverse populations and local community resources&nbsp;</li><li>Leadership experience preferred</li><li>3 to 5 years of experience in a related field</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><em>CLINICAL&nbsp;</em></p><ul><li>Meet regularly with&nbsp;the Executive Director and program team for clinical and organizational supervision</li><li>Participate/facilitate in the client intake and assessment process for programs</li><li>Ensure that program activities comply with all relevant professional standards</li></ul><p><em>&nbsp;</em></p><p><em>ADMINISTRATIVE</em></p><ul><li>Implement counseling services utilizing current best practices in core&nbsp;areas of trauma treatment, holistic strengths-based case management, crisis intervention, healthy relationships, constructive coping, resiliency, and interdisciplinary teamwork</li><li>Ensure therapy staff completes required documentation, including client records, service reports, and administrative paperwork thoroughly and promptly</li><li>Ensure that therapy services are delivered in a manner that is consistent with policies, applicable laws, contracts, professional standards, and community expectations&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee&nbsp;the intake process, and ensure high-risk or recently traumatized individuals are prioritized</li><li>Assesses individuals and families for the most clinically appropriate therapeutic services available&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure&nbsp;the quality and effectiveness of groups by adhering to the established curriculum</li><li>Responsible for maintaining clinically accurate and timely record management&nbsp;</li><li>Work&nbsp;collaboratively within the treatment team and throughout the organization</li><li>Provide supervision and support for clinical programming&nbsp;</li><li>Attend team and organizational meetings, activities, and events as required</li><li>Write reports on the programs for management and funders</li><li>Ensure that the program operates within the approved budget</li><li>Monitor and approve all budgeted program expenditures</li><li>Ensure that all financial records for the program are up to date</li><li>Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program activities and take appropriate action to control the risks</li><li>Conduct ongoing evaluation of program activities and an annual evaluation according to the program evaluation framework and implement improvements as necessary</li><li>Report evaluation findings to the Executive Director and recommend changes to enhance the program, as appropriate</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em>GENERAL</em></p><ul><li>Demonstrate ability to work independently and within a team and seek guidance as
