The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in audio-visual systems, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. As an Audio-Visual Engineer, you will be responsible for designing audio-visual systems that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a hybrid role based out of Fishers, IN. Team members are expected to be in-office 3 days per week and work from home 2 days per week. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>System Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create comprehensive audio-visual system designs that address specific requirements and deliver optimal performance.</li>\n<li>Installation and Integration: Support the installation and integration of audio-visual systems, ensuring all components are correctly designed and functioning as intended.</li>\n<li>Project Management: Assist the assigned Project Manager in managing audio-visual projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.</li>\n<li>Technical Expertise: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our audio-visual solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive.</li>\n<li>Client Training: Work with the assigned Project Manager as needed to conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are comfortable using their new audio-visual systems and can maximize their benefits.</li>\n<li>Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all audio-visual projects, including system diagrams, scope of work, bill of materials, user manuals, and maintenance logs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\">Competencies </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; text-decoration: underline\">Must-Haves</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Education: Bachelor's degree in audio-visual technology, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in designing, installing, and maintaining audio-visual systems, preferably in a professional or commercial setting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Technical Skills: Proficiency with audio-visual equipment, including projectors, video walls, complex AV systems, displays, sound systems, control systems, video conferencing platforms, and networking.</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; text-decoration: underline\">Nice-to-Haves</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 15px\">Certifications: Relevant industry certifications, such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist), are highly desirable.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 15px\">Experience using D-Tools, Acumatica, and Microsoft </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; text-decoration: underline\">Soft Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.<br></span></li>\n<li>Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues, clients, and vendors.</li>\n<li>Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs.</li>\n<li>Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of work and system performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join our team and contribute to delivering cutting-edge audio-visual solutions to our clients.
