          "text": "<p><strong>GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:</strong></p><p>Promote and support our high-quality Red Wing brand image through professional selling, building loyalty and long-lasting relationships with our customers. This is achieved by promoting the Red Wing Shoe Company’s Ultimate Fit Experience (UFX), selling our premium products, and providing conscientious customer service.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Through an approved maintenance facility conduct routine maintenance schedules for the mobile unit</li><li>Perform and maintain daily logbooks, travel tracking and mobile unit inspections as described by the Department of Transportation and Red Wing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)</li><li>Prepare, load, and unload stock to be placed on mobile unit and in warehouse for the day’s business</li><li>Maintain proficiency with product knowledge, technical, and operating standards through continuous learning</li><li>Adhere to all mobile operations as defined in each SOP</li><li>Mobile Operating Expense: inventory, cash, truck maintenance, travel, and other areas that will directly affect the profitability of the mobile unit</li><li>Guide each customer through RWSC’s Ultimate Fit Experience</li><li>Provide appropriate accessory recommendation, educate customers on the benefits of each</li><li>Ensure proper handling of special orders placed during the day’s truck run</li><li>Collaborate with industrial team regarding planning and execution of the day’s truck runs</li></ul><p><strong>OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Willingness to perform additional duties as required</li><li>Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and legal regulations</li><li>Uphold Red Wing Shoe Company’s core values</li><li>Maintain the integrity of the Mobile Shoe Showroom, truck signage, and housekeeping standards</li><li>Conduct self-accordance to RWSC policies</li><li>Identify current and future account requirements by establishing personal rapport with key contacts while onsite</li><li>Ensure product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations</li></ul>",
