Job Summary As a Service Account Manager at John W. Danforth Company, you will serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, driving account success and long-term partnerships. In this role, you will manage client relationships, lead contract negotiations, develop and deliver accurate quotes, provide technical guidance, and coordinate the resources needed to meet and exceed customer expectations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering responsive, tailored HVAC solutions.• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling within the existing client base, and support contract renewals.• Prepare and present accurate, competitive quotes and proposals to clients.• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and support strategic marketing initiatives.• Provide up-to-date technical guidance on HVAC systems and assist in resolving issues as they arise.• Prepare reports, billing, and required documentation in accordance with contract terms, company policies, and industry standards.• Monitor account performance, including customer retention, financial results, and pull-through work, ensuring alignment with company goals.• Maintain accurate and organized client records, including sales activity, communications, and project details.
