If you want to grow your career in a progressive, team-oriented environment, apply today.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>About the Job</u></strong><strong><u>:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>The Fixed Maintenance Planner is responsible for coordinating and scheduling all fixed plant maintenance activities&mdash;ranging from crushers and conveyors to Merrill-Crowe process plants&mdash;while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. This role requires strong planning, record-keeping, and communication skills, along with hands-on experience in fixed plant maintenance within the mining industry.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul><li>Planning &amp; coordinating the daily/weekly and long-range work schedules for all fixed maintenance activities, including, but not limited to: A 3-stage open circuit crushing and screening plant consisting of a gyratory, secondary and HPGR tertiary crushers including conveyors and mining screens, and 2 Merrill-Crowe process plants and refinery</li><li>Keep equipment insurance critical and capital as well as operating spare parts at proper levels in the warehouse. manuals, and files up to date.</li><li>Planning &amp; coordinating outside services work.</li><li>Review work requests to determine priority, scheduling and parts coordination if needed.</li><li>Keep detailed records of all equipment repairs, rebuilds, liner jobs, history on each piece of equipment and all non-destructive analysis programs.</li><li>Responsible for keeping the plant maintenance department in compliance with all Operating Permits and MSHA requirements through various inspections, record keeping and annual certifications.</li><li>Ability to read and modify prints for wear liners and understand and explain P&amp;ID&rsquo;s</li><li>Helps to establish and adhere to operating and capital budgets.</li><li>Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.</li><li>This position will typically work a 4 day on and 3 days off rotation.</li><li><br></li></ul><p><strong><u>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work safely and promote safe behavior in others, and have weekly field engagements with contractors and other site staff</li><li>Knowledgeable with Oracle EAM Maintenance Management System or similar system, Arrow scheduling tools as well as mobile inspection platforms</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Thorough understanding of standard maintenance and operational procedures, and be able to complete tasks with guidelines stipulated by Coeur safety and environmental policies.</li><li>Effective oral and written communication to include interpersonal and interviewing skills, involving sensitive and confidential matters.</li><li>Skill in managing multiple priorities and tasks concurrently and meeting deadlines.</li><li>Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and plan work activity, uses time efficiently, and develops realistic action plans.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as with teams.</li><li>High school/GED or degree related to field preferred. &nbsp;</li><li>5 years of fixed plant maintenance experience or currently in a planning role.</li><li>Surface or Underground mining industry experience.
