font-size: 12pt\">Lead the overall COF Younger Elementary Ministry: Kinder- 2nd kids, Volunteers and Families.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #212529; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: underline\">Weekend Leadership </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #212529; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Build a strong and thriving volunteer team to serve the Elementary ministry to follow strong safety procedures (ie. 2-adult-rule in each space).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #212529; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide ongoing care and leadership for COF Kids volunteers serving on the Elementary Ministry Team, specifically by developing coaches / directors to lead ministry in your absence. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #212529; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop fun, engaging, irresistible Large Group team to find excellence week in and week out, using Orange Curriculum.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #212529; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Seek opportunities to connect with kids outside of Sunday morning opportunities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #212529; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide pastoral care and training for new volunteers and existing volunteers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #212529; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage all volunteer scheduling for weekend services, events, and other facility needs. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #212529; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: underline\">Weekday Leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #212529; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure all curriculum, resources, and supplies are available for weekend services, events, and facilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #212529; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage all workflows to onboard new volunteers, connect with new families, restock COFkids store, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #212529; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Aid in scheduling, registration, and Check-Ins, and give leadership to the Elementary Team for weekend services, special events (baptism, Wednesday nights, Camps), and other facility needs.</span></li>\n<li><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #212529; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in ministry, education, or relevant field, or equivalent experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #212529; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Several years of experience in full-time kids’ ministry/leadership</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #212529; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience in administration, coordination, and event planning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #212529; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent verbal and written communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #212529; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strength in relationship building</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #212529;
