This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced logistics environment.</p><ul><li>This role is for our Greenwood, IN warehouse. HOWEVER, you will be required to travel to Columbus until August for training.&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Days and Shift Information</strong><br>\n• 1st | Monday–Friday |<br>\n• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>\n• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse team members to meet productivity and quality standards<br>\n• Resolve shipping errors, inventory discrepancies, and damaged goods promptly<br>\n• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on performance, productivity, and attendance<br>\n• Support process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs<br>\n• Coordinate and communicate daily workload with team members and departments</p><p><strong>Work Environment</strong><br>\n• Fast-paced, warehouse environment<br>\n• Physical activity required, including lifting up to 33 lbs.<br>\n• Must be able to work in a demanding and dynamic setting</p>",
