Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</li><li>Clinical and Dietary Coordination:</li><li>Facilitate patient orientation on their day of admission</li><li>Conduct follow-up calls to patients after discharge</li><li>Collect and submit weights and vitals of patients</li><li>Manage audio recordings of groups for clinicians</li><li>Set up and break down mealtime needs for patients</li><li>Provide oversight for patients during meals and snacks</li><li>Manage meal supply inventory: Ordering, receiving, and labeling</li><li>Other clinical and dietary responsibilities as required.</li></ul>",
