This role ensures proper event setup, professional guest interaction, timely service execution, and post-event breakdown in accordance with company standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to all guests.</p></li>\n <li><p>Set up banquet rooms according to event orders (BEOs), including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, staging, and décor.</p></li>\n <li><p>Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, and beverage offerings.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure proper handling of food in compliance with health and safety standards.</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown.</p></li>\n <li><p>Clear tables efficiently and reset as needed.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain cleanliness of banquet areas before, during, and after events.</p></li>\n <li><p>Break down rooms and properly store equipment following events.</p></li>\n <li><p>Work collaboratively with culinary, beverage, and event staff to ensure seamless service.</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and alcohol service guidelines.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High school diploma or equivalent.</p></li>\n <li><p>Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Must obtain and maintain any required gaming license (if applicable).</p></li>\n <li><p>Food Handler and/or BASSET certification (as required by state/local law).</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</p></li>\n <li><p>Standing and walking for long periods.</p></li>\n <li><p>Lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling banquet equipment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Exposure to varying noise levels and crowded environments.</p></li>\n <li>Ability to lift and carry up to 30–50 pounds.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
