As a <strong>Senior Network Security Engineer</strong> you will design, implement, and configure secure network solutions for mid-to-enterprise-level clients using cutting-edge technologies. Sentinel excels with the ability to support our teams professionally across our  organization to be successful and at the forefront of technologies. <strong>This is a direct hire opportunity for our office in Tempe, Arizona and does require local travel for deployment projects.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, implement, and support secure network solutions for a variety of client environments.</li>\n <li>Work hands-on with <strong>Cisco routers and switches</strong> to optimize and secure network infrastructure.</li>\n <li>Deploy and manage <strong>Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet</strong> firewall solutions.</li>\n <li>Architect and implement <strong>large-scale network security solutions</strong> (3+ years of experience required).</li>\n <li>Configure and maintain <strong>Cisco Security products</strong> such as ISE, FDT, FMC, AMP, and Umbrella.</li>\n <li>Perform migrations and upgrades across various network and security platforms.</li>\n <li>Implement <strong>wireless networks</strong> using Cisco Wireless LAN controllers in both centralized and converged access deployments.</li>\n <li>Work with <strong>Cisco ACI and SD-WAN</strong> (experience in these areas is a plus).</li>\n <li>Provide exceptional customer support and act as a trusted advisor to clients.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>8+ years of experience working with Cisco, Palo Alto, and/or Fortinet solutions</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches is required</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience designing and implementing large scale network security solutions</li>\n <li>CCNP Certification or equivalent manufacture certification or higher is preferred</li>\n <li>Experience with Cisco Security products such as FDT, FMC, AMP, Umbrella</li>\n <li>Experience in performing migrations and upgrades on various platforms is a plus</li>\n <li>Familiar implementing wireless networks with Cisco wireless LAN controllers using both traditional centralized deployments as well as converged access is a plus</li>\n <li>Cisco ACI and SD WAN experience is a plus</li>\n <li>The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment </li>\n <li>A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required</li>\n <li><strong>Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship</strong></li>\n <li>Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We focus on candidates that display our “ACE” factor – Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions with exceptional customer service. </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>What you get:</strong></p>\n<p>We offer an energetic work environment with many corporate culture amenities, competitive salary, and rich benefit plan including: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, 529, Life Insurance, Income Protection Short and Long-Term Disability, Medical and Child/Elder Care, Flexible Spending Account Plans, Family Planning Benefits, Financial Education, Identity Theft Protection and Assistance, Legal Services, Employee Assistance Program, Two weeks’ vacation, additional paid time-off for Personal and Sick, certification and hands-on training, and employee discount for product services and entertainment.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>MOTIVATED…..make IT happen!</strong></p>\n<p>      </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Sentinel Technologies, Inc. has been rated a top workplace every year since 2012!</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About Us:       </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Sentinel</strong> delivers solutions that can efficiently address a range of IT needs – from security, to communications, to systems & networks, to software applications, to cloud and managed services; all of which include our staffing solutions for our clients.
