    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Industrial Construction Personnel (Various Positions)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Sureway Construction</strong> is one of Alberta’s largest heavy construction contractors, with over 50 years’ experience, involved in; civil earthworks and grading, utilities and offsite, mine operation and aggregate extraction.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Work Local - Work Sureway!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full Time, Seasonal</p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: </strong>10+ hours per day, 6 & 1, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week</p>\n<p><strong>Perks: </strong>Benefits, RRSP/TFSA Matching</p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> Edmonton and Surrounding Area’s<strong> - </strong>no direct access to public transportation</p>\n<p><strong>Essential: </strong>Hard-working, reliable, flexible with schedule, ability to work in physically demanding conditions</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Personal Reliable Vehicle</li>\n <li>CSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pre-employment:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drug and alcohol testing (Urine-based test)</li>\n <li>Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Available Positions for the upcoming 2025 Season:</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Finish Excavator Operator</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience as a finish excavator operator</li>\n   <li>Safe operation of excavator as it pertains to stripping, ditching, sloping, and leveling</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Finish Dozer Operator</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <ul>\n  <li>Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience as a finish dozer operator</li>\n  <li>Experience with finishing work required</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Utility Operator</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <ul>\n  <li>Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience as a utility operator</li>\n  <li>Experience with skid steer, loader, excavator </li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This is a general responsibilities list and does not include all responsibilities required of the position</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Sureway Construction Group is an equal opportunity employer.
