You'll have the autonomy to manage your own client base while enjoying the quality of life that comes with living in a close-knit, family-friendly community.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns.</li>\n<li>Assume responsibility for all phases of an assignment from planning to delivery of the financial statements and tax returns for small and medium sized engagements.</li>\n<li>Identify issues with clients’ processes and controls, make recommendations for improvements.</li>\n<li>Maintain quality client relationships.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Licensed CPA with significant public accounting experience</li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal, analytical, and research skills</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication—capable of translating complex financial data for a broad range of clients.</li>\n<li>Prior experience supervising or managing teams.</li>\n<li>A strong client service mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.</li>\n<li>Farm tax experience is a plus, but not required.</li>\n<li>Audit experience is a plus, but not required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">What Sets Us Apart:</span></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Busy Season Relief</span><br>We know tax season can be intense—and we believe your career should support your life, not take it over.
