Facilitate Transportation: Assist with transporting participants to various activities and appointments as needed. Evaluate and Document Progress: Conduct satisfaction surveys, document participant progress, and ensure compliance with Individual Support Plans (ISPs). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field preferred. High School diploma with 1 year of related experience also accepted. Compassionate, organized, and eager to make a difference. A valid driver’s license and the ability to assist in physical interventions as needed.
